We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Best aspects were the location and the friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located near the harbor and the town, with easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The transportation was also great, making it easy to get around this city. We particularly enjoyed the tips-and-tricks from Katut, one of the staff members who became more like a friend during our stay. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.
Everything great. We had no negative experiences at this hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel can improve on its daily cleaning routine.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the location of the hotel as it was close to the harbor and restaurants. the staff member named Katut was very helpful in providing us with great tips and tricks for our trip. One thing that stood out was the fact that the bedsheets were supposed to be changed every four days.
The cleaning service during our stay was not up to par. We were promised that the room would be cleaned daily but encountered dead bugs in the bathroom and stained bedsheets.

The hotel is conveniently located near the harbor and town, which is great for exploring the local area and grabbing a bite to eat. the boss and one of the staff members were fantastic and went above and beyond to help us with tips and tricks for our Easter break.
One of the staff members did not clean our room properly, and we found loads of dead bugs in the bathroom and stains on the bedsheet. we contacted the CEO, who was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue by changing the staff members.
